Robust Design for Emergency & Industrial Use

The VENUS SCBA 108-6AC is supplied as a complete system including a V08 design backplate, V-666 full face mask, analogue pressure gauge, and carbon composite cylinder. The ergonomic backplate distributes weight evenly, improving balance and reducing fatigue during extended use.

The SCBA is designed to provide approximately 45 minutes of work life at 300 bar, ensuring sufficient breathing time during rescue or evacuation operations

V-666 Full Face Mask – Safety & Comfort

The V-666 full face mask is manufactured from neoprene rubber and designed for extreme conditions. The harness has been tested up to 900°C, offering confidence during fire rescue and high-heat operations. The polycarbonate visor features an anti-fog coating, ensuring clear visibility in smoke-filled or low-light environments.

The mask provides a secure seal and is suitable for prolonged wear during emergency response activities.

High-Performance Cylinder & Air Regulation

The carbon composite (CC) cylinder used in the VENUS SCBA 108-6AC has a capacity of 6.8 litres at 300 bar, offering an excellent balance between lightweight design and extended breathing duration. The pressure reducer valve and cylinder are PESO approved, ensuring compliance with Indian safety regulations

An analogue pressure gauge with fluorescent display allows users to easily monitor air pressure even in dark or smoke-filled areas.

Harness & Ergonomics

The harness system is made from Polyester FR material, providing high durability and fire resistance. Aramid/CFR shoulder straps and waist belt move independently, allowing greater freedom of movement. Stainless steel buckles enhance strength and long-term reliability.

This ergonomic design minimizes user fatigue and supports efficient movement during rescue or firefighting operations.
