Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Ace India Overseas.
We follow strict quality standards for all our products, including PPE, personal care items, machinery, and agricultural exports.
Since we operate in a B2B, industrial, and export-focused environment, our return and refund terms are different from retail stores.
No Return Policy
Once a product is sold, dispatched, or delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We do NOT accept returns due to:
- Buyer’s change of mind
- Wrong product choice by buyer
- Incorrect specifications provided by buyer
- Unsuitability for buyer’s application
- Delays caused by logistics, customs, or third-party carriers
This policy helps us maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards, especially for PPE and consumable products.
Return Eligibility (Manufacturing Defect Only)
We only accept returns if the product has a proven manufacturing defect, and only when:
✔ The defect is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
✔ Proper proof (photos/videos) is submitted
✔ The issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect
✔ The original manufacturer approves the return or replacement
✔ The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Without manufacturer approval, no return or replacement can be processed.
Non-Returnable Product Categories
The following product categories are strictly non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is verified:
Products damaged due to improper handling by buyer
PPE (Respirators, Masks, PAPRs, Goggles, Gloves, Coveralls, etc.)
Personal Care & Hygiene Products
Agricultural Produce (Bananas, Onions, Grapes)
Perishable items
Export consignments
Machinery & equipment
Items with wear & tear caused by misuse
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided except in rare cases where:
A manufacturing defect is verified
Replacement is not available
The manufacturer authorizes a refund
The order cannot be fulfilled by us
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days. be refunded.
Replacement Policy
If the manufacturer authorizes replacement for a defective product, we will arrange the replacement as per:
- Manufacturer’s warranty terms
- Availability of stock
- Applicable logistics timelines
No replacement is issued without manufacturer confirmation.
Inspection & Verification
All claims undergo strict product inspection.
If the defect is found to be:
- due to mishandling,
- incorrect usage,
- improper installation,
- environmental exposure,
- or accidental damage,
The return/refund claim will be rejected.
Customized / Special Order Products
Custom-made, special-import, or non-standard products are 100% non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Report a Manufacturing Defect
Email or WhatsApp us with:
- Order ID / invoice
- Photos & videos of defect
- Description of issue
- Date of delivery
We will review the case and coordinate with the manufacturer for approval.
